NCUE is a national university in Taiwan.To fortify the overall English learning environment and elevate students' English proficiency across the entire campus, our institution inaugurated the "English Medium of Instruction" (EMI Teaching Resource Center) in April of the academic year 111 (2022).

In terms of faculty accomplishments, for the academic year 110, we formulated the "Incentive and Subsidy Guidelines for the Bilingual Learning Plan at the National Changhua University of Education." A total of 169 EMI courses were offered, complemented by 15 mentoring consultations with instructional mentors. Furthermore, 44 EMI teaching assistants underwent training, 13 capacity-building lectures were organized with a total participation of 294 individuals, and regular end-of-semester sharing sessions were conducted. Additionally, financial support was extended to 20 educators for their participation in the EMI Oxford professional training courses.

Concerning the student aspect, 44 teaching assistants have undergone training, accompanied by the organization of 6 workshops. We routinely conduct student end-of-semester sharing sessions and have established 22 English learning corners, with a total participation of 177 students.
