- Fu Jen Catholic University is the first to obtain accreditation from the Association for the Advancement of Collegiate Schools of Business: College of Management at Fu Jen Catholic University is the first accredited member of the AACSB (Association of Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) in Taiwan. It has multiple international courses and has international capabilities. On the basis of the English teaching concept, combined with the school's well-developed digital positioning and bilingual software and hardware environment, promoting "all-English teaching" and corresponding EMI courses will achieve twice the result with half the effort.

Institutional strategy and management
- Establish a Bilingual Teaching Promotion Center (from now on referred to as the center): In October 2021, the Bilingual Teaching Promotion Center of the College of Management was officially established through the hospital conference. The main tasks were planning, coordination and execution bilingual teaching related matters. By 2022, through the construction of the English environment and organizing teachers' energy increase courses and workshops, bilingual increasing energy resources and quality energy are improved and optimized year by year, which will help the promotion and deepening results of the bilingual plan.
- Set the central committee and off -campus counseling committee: the center is established by the dean, deputy dean, director of the central department, departments of various departments, departments representatives and student representatives. - Strengthen EMI teaching energy: Encourage teachers to actively participate in English teaching and enhancement courses, workshops, seminars, and English testing. A total of 29 teachers participated in the English Teaching Energy Course, Workshop, Seminar and adopted a reward application for the 2021~2022 academic year; one teacher applied for the reward of the English and three teachers through the C1 level and the three teachers through the B2 level.
- EMI course opening: In the 2022 academic year, the hospital opened a total of 80 EMI physical courses and 4 EMI online courses. Overall, the number of full-time teachers offering EMI courses in our college is 43, accounting for approximately 42.2% of the full-time teachers in the college.
- EMI curriculum evaluation: The center of the center and the school bilingual education center design curriculum evaluation questionnaire. Students and learning
Strengthen students' English ability: Management of the Bilingual Center of the College of Management to establish relevant reward methods to encourage students to learn and enhance their English ability actively. - Construction of the website and digital learning platform of the Bilingual Center of the College of Management: The website of the center and the digital smart sustainable learning platform were gradually completed in early 2022. English learning environment shaping
English Corner: The bilingual center creates an English learning environment through English Corner activities, allowing students to have the opportunity to interact with foreign English teachers during non-curricular time and practice their English speaking and expression skills. In the first semester of the 2022 academic year, a total of 12 English Corner activities were held for 6 weeks, 2 times a week, with a total number of participants of 134; 74.4% of the students believed that the activities were helpful in practicing English communication; 86.8% of the students believed that the activities met their expectations and needs. The English corner activities in the second semester of the 2022 academic year lasted for eight weeks, one session per week, a total of 8 English corner activities, with a total number of participants of 117. 55% of the students believed that the activities were helpful in practicing English communication; 91.7% of the students believed that the activities met their expectations and needs. This activity also asked participating students to give feedback. The students responded well and believed that the English corner activities were helpful for English learning.
