Cultivating International Perspectives and Following Global Trends
Internationalization of Employment, Cultivating International Talent: The School of Management, currently holding both AACSB and EQUIS international business and management certifications, collaborates with foreign universities to offer dual-degree programs. This facilitates academic cooperation and exchanges with foreign universities, promoting cross-border dual-degree programs to attract international students for exchanges and studies, enhancing the college's international visibility and influence. This academic year, collaborations continued with The University of Queensland (Australia), Heilbronn University Graduate School (Germany), Excelia Business School (France), IESEG School of Management (France), and Nagoya University of Commerce and Business (NUCB) (Japan) for dual-degree exchange programs. Currently, 27 students have completed dual-degree programs, and 17 students are currently participating in exchanges. Through the simultaneous implementation of bilingual programs, collaboration with foreign universities continues, providing students with more diverse choices and learning opportunities.
As the EMI courses are gradually implemented, the School of Management not only provides students with the LinkedIn online learning platform for professional and business courses but also conducts career lectures. These lectures, delivered by executives or renowned figures from various industries on a weekly basis, cover diverse aspects of career development. Topics include "Key Industry Development Trends," "Future Talent Demands," "Workplace Ethics and Communication Skills," and "Resume, Cover Letter, and Interview Preparation." These lectures enhance students' understanding of the workplace before entering the job market, inspiring them to explore career aspirations and motivations, ultimately boosting their employability.
Through the combination of online self-learning courses and physical career lectures, students can prepare for employment early, increase market exposure, and explore career directions. Students can build resumes that meet the needs of multinational and international companies, allowing graduates to find promising prospects and ideal life directions in their future careers.
