(1)Measures to enhance students' English proficiency 

1. Through the development of an English proficiency assessment platform, students’ strengths and weaknesses were analyzed and lessons were taught in accordance with students' needs.
2. Faculty members have incorporated the skills needed by students, along with PBL teaching methods, technology platforms, and software.
3. Invited foreign teachers to teach at the University and offer courses through international cooperation.

(2)Measures for teacher empowerment and curriculum enhancement

1. Recommended teachers to participate in the EMI PD program of National Cheng Kung University and the EMI online enrichment course “ASU Faculty Support Courses” provided by National Sun Yat-sen University. 
2. Combining the “Cross-campus EMI TA Training Workshop” of the EMI Teaching and Learning Resource Center of National Taiwan University and the “Cross-campus Online Training for EMI Teaching Assistants” of the Resource Center for Bilingual Education of National Sun Yat-sen University to train 19 teaching assistants on campus.
3. 16 ESP and EAP courses were offered. Dr. Shirley Hsueh-Li Huang, former Vice President of JP Morgan Chase Bank, was invited to teach the course “Accounting” in the Department of Business Administration.

(3)Development of international affairs

1. 35 international exchange students were recruited to take EMI courses.
2. The total number of international students is expected to reach 70. 16 local students went to Japan and Canada for exchange, while 22 went to Japan and Malaysia for overseas internships, plus over 400 international faculty members and students visited the University.
3. Six international sister universities were added. In addition, the Taiwan-Japan Joint Symposium was held from July 14 to 15, 2024, with 83 Taiwanese students and faculty members participating.
