• Established an EMI teachers’ community and organized 4 workshops with external experts to enhance EMI teaching skills.
• Launched two EMI teacher development programs: the Cambridge Certificate in EMI Skills and Oxford EMI Training.
• Introduced a range of incentives to promote EMI teaching involvement, including adjustments to faculty evaluations, increased pay for EMI courses, and new awards for outstanding contributions.

2.    Students and Learning

• Organized inter-faculty English competitions to enhance students' language skills.
• Provided online self-learning resources and hosted workshops on specific English-related topics.
• Implemented incentives, such as like scholarships and adjustments to graduation requirements, to encourage participation in EMI course.

3.    Curriculum

• Offered General English Courses and academic writing to build English proficiency in preparation for EMI courses.
• Delivered 63 EMI academic courses, including international collaborations with German universities.

4.    Resource Sharing and Collaboration

• Engaged in institutional collaboration through The Excellent Long-Established University Consortium of Taiwan (ELECT) with 13 universities, enhancing students’ global perspectives and promoting resource sharing
• Organized international camps and offered EMI micro-units to foster a global learning environment.

5.    Self-assessment and Evaluation

• Conducted self-assessment based on KPIs, EMI teaching surveys, and end-of-term meetings to evaluate project outcomes.
• Engaged faculty deans and executive staff in monitoring progress and addressing challenges.
