(1) Measures to enhance students' English proficiency
1. Through the development of an English proficiency assessment platform, students’strengths and weaknesses were analyzed and lessons were taught in accordance withstudents' needs.
2. Faculty members have incorporated the skills needed by students, along with PBL teaching methods, technology platforms, and software.
3. Invited foreign teachers to teach at the University and offer courses through international cooperation.

(2) Measures for teacher empowerment and curriculum enhancement
1. Provides Studio Classroom’s EMI teaching skills courses and Cambridge’s online professional development programs for faculty members to undertake.
2. Combining the “Cross-campus EMI TA Training Workshop” of the EMI Teaching and Learning Resource Center of National Chung Hsing University and the “Cross-campus Online Training for EMI Teaching Assistants” of the Resource Center for Bilingual Education of National Taiwan Normal University to train 21 teaching assistants on campus.
3. 12 ESP and EAP courses were offered, covering the fields of management, materials, design, electrical engineering, and tourism.

(3) International Affairs Development
1. Advanced the 3+2 dual-degree program and admitted international students, including 88 exchange students in EMI courses.
2. Enrolled 77 international degree students and sent 19 students abroad for exchanges or internships; also hosted visiting faculty and students from multiple countries.
3. Added 3 new partner universities and co-hosted the 8th NIT–NUU Bilateral Academic Conference with 16 universities, featuring 105 papers and strong participation from NUU faculty and students.
